County Council Proposes at its meeting to be held on the 7th day of March, 1969, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of $86,000 for the purposes of constructing Sewer Treatment Works and Sewer Mains Reticulation in the urban area of the Hanmer Springs Township. The security for the loan shall be a Special Rate of decimal four - zero • seven - three cents (.4073 cents) in the dollar on the capital value on all rateable property in the urgan area of the Hanmer Springs Township. It is not proposed to levy this rate as all loan charges will be met from a uniform fee charged against all properties connected to the sewerage system.
