THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACL 1953 HEARING OF OBJECTIONS TO THE PAPARUA COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME HALSWELL SECTION THE PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that the hearing of objections to the Halswell Section of the district scheme will commence at the Council Chambers, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, not earlier than the forenoon of Monday, the twenty-fourth day of March, 1969, and will continue as there arranged from time to time until all objections and witnesses have been heard. . All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objection shall, as required by Section 23(2) of the Act and Regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, notify both the Council and”the objector concerned in writing on the Form G set out in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations, 1960, not later than Friday, the fourteenth day of March, 1969. The following schedule gives a summary of the subject matters of objections received by the Council. In accordance with Section 23(3) of the Act, every owner and occupier of property affected by the Halswell Section of the district scheme has the right to inspect and make copies of any objection and, for th s purpose, all objections are available for inspection without fee at the County Office, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, at any time when that office is open to the public.
