Team To Play England
The Canterbury women’s cricket team to play England at Hagley Oval on February 26 and 27 has been selected. The team is:—A. McKenna (captain), J. Olson (vice-captain), J. Stead, J. Wilson. K. Gilray, S. Rattray, S. Cowles, E. Rouse, M. Turner, D. Mcßae, P. Blackler, and S. Vaughan. The manager will be Mrs L. Willis. The team is to practice tonight at Hagley Oval at 5 p.m. —Advt
Daytona Winners.—M. Donohue and C. Parsons, of the United States, won the 24-hour Daytona endurance race in a LolaChevrolet.
