BUSHMAN KILLED

(N.Z. Press Association) HAMILTON, January 7. A man was killed yesterday by the tree he was felling in Tokoroa Forest. He was Samuel Andrew Ferguson, aged 27, married, with three children, of Tokoroa. When, he did not arrive at the 10 a.m. tea break, members of his bush gang searched the area and found him lying beneath a tree. He had been killed instantly. Mr Ferguson took the bush job so that he could take his family on holiday later in the year.
