Release Of Prisoners
I (N.Z P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON, Jan. 6. ’ The South Vietnamese Government will release 10 i Viet Cong prisoners tomorrow, a Government spokesman said I today. They would be freed at Bien Hoa, 15 miles north of Saigon, he said, “for humanitarian reasons.” This was the motivation advanced by the Viet Cong when they released three Americans last week.
