X4998 CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL STOPPING OF UNFORMED PART OF SANDRA STREET IT is hereby publicly notified that it is the intention of the Christchurch City Council, at its meeting to be held on the 17th day of February, 1969, to consider and if approved, to pass a resolution, pursuant to Section 170 (4) (h) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, to stop that portion of unformed street adjoining Lot 11, D.P. 6797. Pt. R.S. 35536, comprised in C.T. 418/266. and Lot 3, D.P. 25044, R.S. 32729. comprised in C.T. 6D/322, on the northern side of Sandra Street as delineated and coloured green on Survey Office Plan No. 11110 and containing an area of approximately 8.4 perches. The Council further proposes pursuant to Section 190 of the said Act, to transfer part of the land contained in the portion of the unformed street to be stopped to the Municpia) Electricity Department for use as a kiosk site and the balance to an adjoining owner, subject to certain conditions. Plans of the proposal are deposited in the Town Clerk’s Office, 194 Manchester Street, and may be inspected there, without fee, during office hours.
