Mr O. S. Heymann has resigned from the board of (United Dominion Corporation Finance Ltd for reasons of : health and age. His resignation was accepted with great I regret both by the board of IU.D.C. and of United Dorninions Trust in London. As IU.D.C.'s general manager for almost 30 years Mr Heymann ;was largely instrumental in (the company’s development to its present position.
