'C.I.A. Involved In Assassinations '
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, Dec. 17 The New Orleans District Attorney (Mr James Garrison) said today it was probable that the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, his brother, Robert, and the civil rights leader, Dr Martin Luther King, were “accomplished by the same force.”
Mr Garrison accused the Central Intelligence Agency of being “deeply involved” in two of the killings. In an interview with the “Evergreen,” Mr
Garrison said there was sufficient data to state “as a probability” that the name force accomplished the three murders. Mr Garrison said: “In President Kennedy’s case we have a great deal of data available. In the second case (of Dr Martin Luther King), there’s quite a bit of data now available. In the third (Senator Kennedy), there is as yet only a little. “However, there is enough data available in all three cases to state, as a probability, that they were all accomplished by the same force, and that they were all intelligence assassinations,” Mr Garrison said.
Asked if he meant United States intelligence, he replied: “Yes, and that’s par-

These, 1 think, are clearly assassinations in which the Central Intelligence Agency is deeply involved. “This does not mean that the command came down from the top.
