Better Result By Tappenden
The group turnover of Tappenden Industries, Ltd, for the year to September 30 rose 1.8 per cent, and profit 18 per cent, compared with the corresponding period last year, the directors say in an interim report. AH' members of the group traded profitably, and the earning rate of the motor section improved. The directors say that on present indications the year’s profit will be higher, and they expect to maintain a steady dividend of 12) per cent.
