B.N.S.W. Rights May Be Moved
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 16. New Zealand shareholders of the Bank of New South Wales will now be able to remove rights to the bank’s new share issue from its Wellington register to the Sydney register. Mr E. C. Tait, the bank’s chief manager for New Zealand, said he was pleased to announce the change in procedure. It had been made in the best interests of New Zealand shareholders.
Requests for removal of rights must be lodged with the bank’s Wellington register between February 3 and March 21.
