Sir, —“Social Worker" is right. No democratic’ State has the right to compel nonworkers to work, provided, of course, that the Social Security Department is instructed to make nonpayments to non-contrlbutors with non-realistic excuses. Such creatures, already nonentities, will then become non-eaters, and so, happily non-existent.—Yours, etc., NON-BLUDGER. December 16, 1968.
