An alpine chalet style holiday home on the main West Coast Road at Arthur’s Pass was sold on Saturday for $BOOO at a public auction conducted by Wood and Cathcart, Ltd. The house, which comprises a spacious lounge with a feature stone fireplace, two double bedrooms and a modern kitchen, has a Government valuation of $5lOO. It was sold fully furnished.
