G. W. WRIGHT FINED $20
(N.Z. Press Associotidn) GORE. G. W. Wright, the rider of Manners, was fined $2O on a charge of interference after the running of the Tepanul Handicap at the Tapanui Racing Club's meeting on Saturday. The judicial committee reported that at about the tour and a half furleng point L. C. Sherbourne was observed to check his mount Urb®n, when he was tightened from the outside runnefs. At an Inquiry Wright was charged with allow. Ing his hone to shift ground at that state, causing a tightening.
