Suburban Games

The two leading teams, Burnaide and Beckenham, were beaten in the senior suburban cricket competition on Saturday. Now the six teams are separated by only six points. A century by J. Monk put Sumner well on the way to an outright win over Burnside. A fine spell of off-break bowling by T. Smltheram, who secured seven wickets for 27. clinched the result.
