Christmas Play
“The Christmas Tree,” a play written by Dame Ngaio Marsh, will be performed in St Augustine’s Anglican Church, Cracroft Terrace, Cashmere Hills, at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday. About 15 adults and children of the parish will take part in the play produced by Mrs B. Rees. Music will be provided by members of the junior choir. Mrs Rees said the story would be told by three narrators and would begin with the trimming of the tree and end with the birth of Christ.
