SYDNEY C.R.A. jumped 200 c to 2120 c after the three for 10 bonus issue was announced, and finished 150 c higher at 2070 c. Another mineral leader to improve was Mount Isa, which climbed 28c to 698 c. Oils were active, but apart from Exoil and Transoil the trend was steady to easy. Banks were steady to firm, but the heat came off some finance companies, and A.G.C. lost 10c to 235 c, after the quick rises since the A.N.Z.-E.S.A. merger news. Sales.—B.H. Trading was featured by C.R.A. after its announcement of plans to make a three-for-10 bonus issue. After selling easy at 1930 c its shares quickly jumped to 2125 c before closing 1540 c higher at 2070 c. Other companies in the group rose too— New B.H. up 50c at 1450 c, and Hamersley up 40c at 1210 c. Other minings and oils were steady.
