NEW BOXING CHAMPION
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) TOKYO. The Argentinian, N. Locche, became the new world junior welter-weight boxing champion yesterday when a battered champion, P. Fuji, failed to come out of his corner for the tenth round. The Hawaiian-born Fuji, his right eye closed, rose to begin the tenth but was restrained by his trainer, and the title was awarded to Locche.
