‘Youth Serum’ Killed Three (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) MONTREAL, Dec. 12. A 39-year-old doctor whose Injections of a “youth serum” killed three of his patients was gaoled for three years in Montreal today for criminal negligence. Imposing sentence, the judge . said Dr Andre Grenier had dishonoured his profession. The judge sentenced him to three years on each of three charges of criminal negligence and directed that the terms should be concurrent. Dr Grenier was convicted yesterday. The charges arose from the deaths of a man and two women who were injected with the serum made from the foetus of freshlykilled ewes in June, 1967 Post-mortem examinations showed all three had died from gas gangrene, which the prosecution claimed resulted from Dr Grenier’s inexperience in preparing and arlminictarino tho comm
