The positions immediately to be filled are important to the Company in its succession planning apart from the question of whether a vacancy already exists. Present Company staff have received consideration. General requirements for the positions are the personal attributes of sales ability, experience in siles of this class of product (machinery, tractor, trucks, etc.) or equivalent, ambition and drive, and administrative capacity including personal organisation and discipline. Willingness to transfer to accept promotion is a partial requirement. Frequent or short term transfers are not envisaged nor welcomed. WELLINGTON BRANCH MANAGER: Age 30 to 45 years.
