BACK IN HOUSE
Although her voice has not yet been raised in discussion in Parliament this week, Miss M. B. Howard (Lab., Sydenham) is spending full time at her desk. She returned to Parliament on Tuesday after a long absence because of illness. Miss Howard suffered burns through contact with a hot water bottle early in the session. After some time in Wellington Hospital, she was flown to Christchurch, where she spent some time in hospitai.—(F.O.O.R.)
