Lotus Public Company

Group Lotus Car Companies, Ltd, is to become a public company and will seek quotation on the London Stock Exchange. Mr C. Chapman, the chairman of the group, wil retain 50 per cent of the issued share capital and 35 per cent will be offered to the public.
