Flight Schedules
The first scheduled take-off of the Boeing 737 on regular services will be flight 421 from Auckland at 8 a.m. today. This aircraft will fly Auckland ■ Wellington - Christchurch ■ Dunedin - Christchurch • WellingtonAuckland - Wellington and Christchurch, each day. The second 737 will be based at Christchurch airport and will leave at 9 a.m. today. Its route will be Christchurch • Wellington • Auckland - Christchurch - Auckland - Wellington - Christchurch - Wellington - Auckland, each week day. There will be no Boeing flights on Saturdays, but on Sundays the jets will leave Auckland and Christchurch at 9.20 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. respectively for the day’s work. The scheduled flying times, which show an improvement of about onethird in flight times, will be: Auckland • Wellington, 1 hour; ChristchurchAuckland, 1 hour 20mln; Wellington - Christchurch, 45min; and ChristchurchDunedin, 45mln.
