PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL AMENDMENT TO COUNTY BY-LAWS NOTICE is hereby given that the Paparua County Council at a Special Meeting held on Monday, October 7. 1968, resolved by way of Special Order to amend the County By-laws providing:— (a) Limitation on the number of dogs and cats that may be housed on residential properties in the Townships of Halswell and Tai Tapu. (b) Authority for the removal of immobilised vehicles from Streets and Roads within the county.
