Mrs N. Hepburn, 35 Bassett St.. Christchurch. I am not too heavy and I .am not too slim, but I have reached an age where one is liable to become stiff, the muscles disappear and the flesh becomes flabby. To prevent this I came to Silhouette and 1 love it, I love the ease and the luxury there. At [home 1 cannot bring myself to do five minutes exercise but there I exercise and work myself through from head to foot most thoroughly, and then 1 tone up my whole circulation and firm the flesh with the belts. Next comes the pleasure of the steamroom or the sauna-room which relaxes the exercised muscles and is so very excellent for the skin. I finish up with a massage which gives me perfect relaxation and well-being. I have been going to Silhouette for two years and have booked in for a third 1 love it, and it has done me no end of good.
