N.Z.5.5.791 PART I—PUBLIC PLACES PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting o: the Kaiapoi Borough Council held on August 19, 1988, a resolution was passed by way ot Special Order, to the effect that the present provisions of Clauses 110 and 111 of Part 1 of the New Zealand Standard Code of General By-Laws (as adopted by the Council in September. 1956) be revoked and revised provisions substituted therefore. The Intention of the proposed by-law Is to provide more effectual control to protect footpaths, kerbs and water channels and to regulate the construction and use of temporary crossings and channel crossings. The full text of the proposed by-law Is available for inspection without fee during office hours 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on week-days.
