Italy Dominate Roller Skating

Italy dominated the ninenation world roller skating championships with a display ol powerful racing that brought it all four gold medals in events on Saturday night. Italy also won all the silver medals and two bronze, against fancied teams from Argentina and Belgium. In the men’s 500 metre chronometer-timed event, an Italian, P. Cantarella, reached an average speed ot 22.5 miles an hour for one of the easiest wins of the night. G. Glorer (New Zealand) was fourth in this event.
Miss R. Alexander (New Zealand) was fourth in the women's 500 metres. l.SOsee behind the winner. Miss A. Massazza (Italy).
