SHARKS OFF HEADS
Three 12ft sharks were sighted between Taylor’s Mistake and Sumner by the pilot of a Canterbury Aero Club plane yesterday afternoon. The police were informed at 3.12 p.m. The sharks may have been attracted by the decomposing body of a whale at Black Rock.
