WEEK-END ACCIDENTS
Two persons were injured when three cars collided in Cashel Street near Colombo Street about 10.42 p.m. on Saturday. Brian Patrick Hartley, of 91 Antigua Street, and Murray James Kane, of 334 Marine Parade, were admitted to the Christchurch Hospital suffering from head injuries. Car Over Bank.—When a car ran over a bank at Halswell in the early hours of yesterday, Brian Winston Morgan, of 3 Paeroa Street, suffered head and arm injuries. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital. Boy Injured.—Head and arm injuries were suffered by a young boy, Edward Shane Chamberlain, of 77 Gilberthorpes Road, when he was struck by a car in the driveway of his home yesterday morning. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital. Car Rolls Over.—After a car rolled over on the Main North Road at Kaiapoi about 2.45 am. on Saturday, Gelske Lubbers, of 250 Main North Road, was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital suffering from head, chest and leg injuries.
