REMAND IN CUSTODY
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, September 13. Lance Alberto Bunge Krueger, aged 19, a brush hand, charged with the attempted murder on August 29 of a Remuera service station attendant, James Arthur Skott, was today remanded in custody by Mr E. F. Rothwell, S.M., until October 9 for the taking of depositions. Krueger is also charged that being armed with an offensive weapon, an axe, he robbed Mr Skott of $6O, and with assaulting Detective Sergeant C. E Sturt, in the execution of his duty.
