Sir John Ormond was reelected chairman of the Meat Producers’ Board for the eighteenth successive year at a board meeting in Wellington yesterday. Mr C. Hilendorf was re-elected vicechairman. A Hawke’s Bay sheep farmer, Sir John Ormond was first elected to the board in 1933 and, except for war service, has served continuously since.
