Fire Brigade Rights

R. Osmond). Mr Campbell said there was concern about the access rights of fire brigades, not only to malls, but also to adjacent properties. No vehicle could use the areas unless there was a special order.

Stevens: He can run hoses across the railway line, stop a train —do anything. There is too much minute scrutiny of legislation. I don’t think it matters.
