ffl.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 10. Mr N. W. Brown, a 19-year-old bank clerk from Geraldine, is the 1968 Jaycee-Atlan-tic teen-age driver of the year. Driving against 92 other contestants from all over New Zealand, he won the title at Papatoetoe. His prizes include a free holiday in Fiji and a trophy presented by the Fire and Accident Underwriters Association of New Zealand. After a tie for second place between 16-year-old B. Houston, of Paeroa, and J. Gilchrist, 19, of Christchurch, a timed run-off through the saloon course resulted in Houston taking second place.
