Reprisal Threat
(N. Z.P.A. -Reuter—Copyright) HONG KONG, Sept. 8. The Viet Cong have threatened to punish captured American prisoners if sentences on two young Vietnamese held in Da Nang were carried out.
The threat also covered “puppet troops” which could cover soldiers of armies allied to America—Australians, Filipinos, Koreans, New Zealanders, Thais and South Vietnamese.
