Hydrogen Blast
(N Z. Press Assn. —Copyright! PARIS, Sept. 9. France detonated its second hydrogen bomb in the South Pacific yesterday, the Defence Ministry announced. The Ministry said the device was suspended from a balloon above Mururoa Lagoon. The blast was believed to be smaller than France’s first thermonuclear explosion 15 days ago.
