Burglaries Reported
Tyres and wheels worth $2OO, from a racing motorcycle, were stolen when the premises of Scooter, MotorCycle and Moped Services, Ltd, 39 Manchester Street, were burgled at the weekend.
Clothing worth $15.22 was stolen when a display case at the Jansonette, Bells Arcade, was broken into.
The premises of the General Finance Company, Ltd, at the corner of Manchester and Salisbury Streets, were broken into and keys stolen.
A deer carcase and two quarters were stolen from the Lismore Street premises of Graham Stewart, Ltd, when it was broken into at the weekend.
When the premises of A. C. Nottingham, Ltd, 104 Byron Street, was broken into $l2 was taken.
