MAN TAKES PURSE
Children left in a car were the object of a confidence trick which enabled a man to get 812 on Friday. A woman left her children in a car parked in Lichfield Street and while she was away a man approached the children and asked them to give him the purse and he would take it to their mother. They did so but their mother did not see the purse again.
