COUNTY COUNCILLORS Heathcote County. OXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER MAKING CHARGES IN RESPECT TO AN ORDINARY SUPPLY OF WATER IN THE OXFORD TOWNSHIP WATER SUPPLY AREA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Oxford County Council on the 26th day of August, 1968, the following resolution was passed by the Council in the making of a Special Order in that behalf: “That pursuant to the powers vested in the Council by Section 118 (3) (b) Counties Act, 1956 that the Council de cide to make and thereafter may make a uniform annua) charge in respect of the ordinary supply of High Pressure Water in the Oxford Township Water Supply Area of such amount as may from time to time be fixed by reso lution in that behalf publicly notified. Provided that the uniform annual charge in re spect of lands and dwellinghouses to which water can be but is not supplied, situated within one hundred yards from any part of the water works, shall not exceed half the charge payable in respect of all lands and dwelling houses to which water is sup plied.” AND it is proposed that such resolution shall be confirmed as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the said Council to be held in the Oxford County Council Chambers, Oxford, on the 7th day of October. 1988. A copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the Office of the Council and is open to the inspection of the Public during Office Hours from the date hereof until the 4th day of October. 1968. AND it is further publicly notified that the uniform annual charges that the Council propose to make in that behalf shall be 326.00 (twenty-six dollars) per annum in respect to all lands and dwellinghouses to which water is supplied and $13.00 (thirteen dollars) in respect to all lands and dwelling houses to which water can be but is not supplied.
