SPECIAL ORDER—SALE OF LAND PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Oxford County Council held on die 7th day of August, 1965, the following resolution was passed by the Council in the making of a Special Order in that behalf. “That pursuant to the powers vested in the Council by Section 170 Counties Act. 1956, the Council sell by tender all that parcel of land situated in Block VIII of the Oxford Survey District containing 3 roods 33 perches or thereabouts and being part of Rural Section 2071 and being the land comprised in Cer tificate of Title Register 7Q Folio 1150 Limited as to Par cels.” And that it is proposed that such resolution shall be con firmed as a Special Order at the Ordinary Meeting of the said Council to be held in the Oxford County Council Chambers Oxford, on the 7th day of October. 1968.
