CARS FROM WAHINE

Landing At Wharf Today

WELLINGTON, August 30. The 15 cars so far recovered from the Wahine will be landed at Queen’s Wharf, Wellington, tomorrow afternoon.

A spokesman for the salvage company’s agents said today that the salvage barge would be taken out to ,the wreck tomorrow morning and the cars loaded on to it.

Mr I. M. Mac Kay, the New Zealand representative for the salvage company, P. and I. Services, said today that the cars would be auctioned after they had been cleaned. There are 72 vehicles to be salvaged.
