PRESIDENT’S VISIT
Korean Party Prepares
(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, Aug. 29.
A small party of Korean officials left New Zealand from Auckland by air this morning after a few days in New Zealand helping to prepare for the visit of President Park Chung Hee and Mrs Park.
They were led by Mr Park Chong Kyu, of the Office of the President of the Republic of Korea, and flew into Wellington on Sunday evening. Other members of the party were Mr Kim Woon Young, Mr Choe Jong Ick, and Mr Philip Choi. Mr Choi Meung Jun, from the Korean Embassy in Canberra, was also with the party. President Park Chung Hee and Mrs Park will be in New Zealand from September 19 to 23, after first visiting Australia.
