OVERSEAS TRADING
SYDNEY The C.R.A. interim report issued late Wednesday had a bearish effect on C.R.A. and nickel stocks generally. C.R.A. was cut back 120 c to 2250 c: other nickels to lose ground were Acmex, Metals Exploration and Hill 50. Oil stocks tended to be slightly easier. Oil Search fell 16c to 104 c on heavy turnover. B.H.P. sold unchanged at 2200 c.

MELBOURNE Mining edged lower, with most nickel stocks losing part of recent gains, and falls outnumbered rises. C.R.A. lost 50c to close at 2250 c after Its halfyearly report on Bougainville copper and W.A. Nickel prospects. New B.H. fell 90c to 1890 c, North Kalgurli closed steady at 1460 c, Great Boulder dropped 10c, closing at 1870 c, and Metals Exploration eased 40c to close at 1030 c. In oils, Oil Search eased 18c to 105 c, A.A.O. down 5c to 110 c and A.O.G. also down 5c to 175 c. Industrials improved, but B.H.P. eased 20c to 2190 c.
