Coulls Plans 1:5 Bonus
Coulls Somerville Wilkie, the Dunedin-based printer, stationer and box manufacturer, plans a one-for-five bonus issue to shareholders registered on October 10. Directors say they hope to maintain the current 10 per cent dividend on the higher capital. A 10 per cent dividend, payable October 10, ex October 3, has been recommended for the latest year on the prebonus capital.
