HOCKEY COLTS
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. Canterbury was the winner of pool A in the national hockey colts championship at Auckland yesterday. Auckland A won the B pool, after a hard 2-1 win over Otago. These two teams will meet in the final today. The following New Zealand colts team has been selected to play the Combined Services side at Hobson Park on Saturday.— B. Drake (Wellington), R. Campbell (Canterbury), G. Chester (Auckland), K. Towns (Wellington). P. Bhana (Canterbury), K. Gorringe (Auckland, captain), J. Scott (Wellington), R. Lyndon (Eastern), G. Gaskin (Wellington), D. Mac Lean (Wellington), A. Riggs (Auckland), R. Somerville (Auckland), M. Lumsden (Canterbury), S. Lusby (Auckland).
