Flight Service Station
The Department of Civil Aviation’s new flight service station at Queenstown Airport is now in use.
It will provide vital flight information for aircraft in the Mount Cook, Queenstown, Milford Sound, Te Anau and Central Otago areas. Mr A. D. S. Virtue, the aerodrome superintendent, is the officer in charge.
