ARRESTS IN ZAMBIA

LUSAKA, AUGUST 28.
Four men, believed to be members of either Rhodesian or South African security forces, had been arrested in Zambia, an official statement said today. They were identified as two Europeans and two Africans. The statement said the men were in possession of firearms but gave no indication where the arrests, said to have been at the week-end, took place. The men are expected to appear in the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court later today.
