Winstone, Ltd, the Auck-land-based building, contracting and transport group, earned a profit of $79,247, or 4-8 per cent, lower at $1,563,389 in the year to June 30. A recommended final dividend of 6 per cent, payable October 25, ex October 14, makes an unchanged total uf 8| per cent for the year.
