Dunlop Issue At 225c
Shareholders in Dunlop New Zealand, Ltd, Wellington, on September 7 will be able to take up the two-for-five cash issue of 100 c shares at 225 c a share.
The issue will raise $900,000 and will lift ordinary capital by $400,000. The shares sold in Wellington on Monday at 360 c.
