Cambodia has protested to the United Nations Security Council against 21 “incursions and acts of aggression” by United States and South Vietnamese forces inside Cambodian territory. In a separate letter to the President of the Security Council, the Cambodian Ambassador (Mr Huot Sambath) also complained about five recent “acts of aggression and banditary” committed against his country by Thai forces. During the attacks, between June 4 and July 20, he said several villages were severely damaged, three people killed, four wounded and nine kidnapped.
