LONDON, Aug. 28. The Australian distance runner, R. Clarke, broke his own world record for two miles on the new tartan track at Crystal Palace in London on Saturday with a time of Bmin I9.osec. The 31-year,ald Australian, bronzed from his training in the Pyrenees, won an international race by almost 200 yards.
