Single shot
Hole* in one at golf are regarded more a* a matter of good fortune than as testimony to skill. This view i* held very firmly by those who have never holed In one. But If (inking the tee shot refleet* directly on the eyesight, judgment and coordination of the golfer, not many player* would be better equipped than an expert rifleman. Evidence of this was provided last week-end at the rugged Lake Coleridge course, where B. Begg, a national trap shooting champion holed out at the 140-yard fourth hole.
Begg does have the advantage of a good background in both sports; he is captain of the Greendale golf club.
